Tulyp Dating Child Safety Standards

These are the published child safety standards and community guidelines of Tulyp Dating, the 18+ matchmaking application operated by Tulyp Dating LLC. They explicitly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They also set the rules we enforce for adults who use the product.

1. Published standards against CSAE and CSAM

Tulyp Dating prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is a zero-tolerance rule. It applies to every account, every message, every photo, and every other use of the Tulyp Dating application and website.

For these standards:

CSAE means child sexual abuse and exploitation — content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. That includes grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
CSAM means child sexual abuse material — any visual depiction, including photos, videos, and computer-generated or artificial imagery, involving a minor in sexually explicit conduct.
A child or minor is anyone under 18 years of age.

The following are banned on Tulyp Dating:

Uploading, sending, requesting, linking to, or otherwise circulating CSAM.
Any sexual conversation, solicitation, or conduct involving a person who is, or who the user believes to be, under 18.
Grooming, sexual extortion of a minor, or arranging a sexual encounter with a minor.
Sexualized images of minors, including AI-generated, illustrated, or “looks like a minor” imagery.
Using Tulyp Dating to find, recruit, or traffic a minor.

What we do when we have actual knowledge of CSAM

When Tulyp Dating LLC obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on the service, we will:

Remove the CSAM from the service.
Preserve records as required for a legal report.
Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), or to the relevant regional authority if a different reporting duty applies.
Ban the responsible account and take reasonable steps to prevent the same person from immediately returning.
Cooperate with lawful investigations.

Do not email CSAM to us. If you need to report it, describe the location in the app (profile, conversation, or URL) and use in-app reporting or email admin@tulypdating.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

These published standards are the CSAE / child-safety policy for Tulyp Dating as that name appears on our public site and store listings. They are meant to be read with our Terms of Use.

2. No minors

Tulyp Dating is an 18+ matchmaking service. People under 18 may not create an account, appear in photos, or use matching or messaging.

We lock date of birth at signup. We use Apple Declared Age Range and Google Restrict Minor Access as those tools are available. We may use Stripe Identity as a step-up check on reported, verified-badge, or flagged accounts. We do not require a government ID from every person who signs up.

If we discover an under-18 account, we close it and delete the profile we do not need to retain for safety or law. Reports of a suspected minor: in-app report or support@tulypdating.com. Reports that involve CSAE or CSAM: admin@tulypdating.com.

3. No explicit sexual content

Tulyp Dating is not a hookup application and not adult entertainment. Do not post, send, or request explicit sexual photos, videos, or audio. Do not use the service to circulate pornography. Intimate images of another adult without that person’s consent, including artificial intimate visual material / deepfakes, are banned. The depicted person may request removal under Texas law at /legal/deepfake-takedown.

4. No harassment

Do not threaten, stalk, degrade, or persistently contact someone who has asked you to stop. Do not use matching or messaging to intimidate. Hate-based abuse directed at a person’s race, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability is banned. A single unwanted message after a match can be declined; repeated unwanted contact after a block or a clear refusal is harassment.

5. No impersonation

Use your own identity. Do not use another person’s name, photos, or biography. Do not create a profile that presents a fake person in order to deceive. Catfishing is grounds for a ban. Using someone else’s intimate image, real or artificial, is also a ban and may be a crime.

6. Report and block

Every user can block another user. Blocking stops further matching and messaging from that account so far as the product can enforce it.

Every user can report a profile, photo, or conversation from inside the app. You may also email support@tulypdating.com. Include the username or profile, what happened, and approximate time. For CSAE, CSAM, or artificial intimate visual material, use admin@tulypdating.com or the deepfake removal form.

Reports are reviewed by Tulyp Dating. A report is not a police report. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

7. Enforcement

When we find a violation, we use the following actions, depending on severity and our confidence in the facts:

Warn — written notice that the conduct violates these standards.
Restrict — limits on matching, messaging, or visibility.
Suspend — temporary loss of access while we review or while a condition (such as a step-up check) is completed.
Ban — permanent loss of the account, and a block on return when we can apply one.

CSAE, CSAM, sexual content involving a minor, and clear illegal activity are ban-level offenses. We do not warn first. We remove the content, ban the account, and make the reports the law requires.

We may also remove content that is not itself criminal but that violates the no-explicit-sexual-content, harassment, or impersonation rules. We are not obligated to debate every decision in public.
