These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Tulyp Dating LLC (“Tulyp Dating,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for use of the Tulyp Dating application and https://tulypdating.com. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
The service is operated by Tulyp Dating LLC, a Texas limited liability company formed December 21, 2025, with registered office and mailing address at 11813 Portofino Dr, Austin, TX 78732. Registered agent: Gabriel Dean Hanson.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Tulyp Dating. The service is not directed to children or to anyone under 18.
At signup you must provide your date of birth. That date of birth is locked. We also use Apple Declared Age Range and Google Restrict Minor Access, as available, to keep minors off the service. We may require a Stripe Identity step-up check for a reported account, a verified badge, or a flagged account. We do not require government-ID verification at every signup.
If we determine that you are under 18, we will close the account. Lying about your age is grounds for an immediate ban.
Tulyp Dating is an 18+ matchmaking application. Matching is built around people who are active now and both present. It is not a hookup application and not adult entertainment. Explicit sexual content is not permitted on the service.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that any particular person will be available to match, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
You are responsible for the information you submit and for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials confidential. Use one account for yourself. Do not create an account for someone else, and do not operate an account that impersonates another person.
We may refuse registration, require additional information, or close an account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or our Child Safety Standards and Community Guidelines.
You may delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain whatever ownership rights you have in the photos, profile text, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload it.
You grant Tulyp Dating LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, improve, and protect the service — including showing your photos and profile to other users, moderating content, and creating backups. This license lasts for as long as Your Content remains on the service and for a reasonable period afterward as backups cycle or a safety review requires.
You represent that your photos depict you, that you are 18 or older in every photo, and that you did not upload anyone else’s image without the rights and consent required to do so. Do not upload intimate images of another person, and do not upload artificial intimate visual material of anyone. Requests to remove artificial intimate visual material are handled at /legal/deepfake-takedown.
The following are banned. We may remove content and warn, restrict, suspend, or ban an account for any of them.
We may suspend or ban an account, with or without prior notice, when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Child Safety Standards, or the law have been violated, or when we believe continued access presents a risk to users or to the service. We may also suspend an account that is the subject of a credible report while we review it.
A ban may include deletion of the profile and a block on creating a new account. We are not required to provide a detailed explanation where doing so would interfere with an investigation or with the safety of another person.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including the license for residual backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.
We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, messages, or dates. Availability depends on who else is active, eligible, and willing to match. We do not guarantee compatibility, accuracy of other users’ profiles, or any outcome from a conversation.
If you meet another user in person, you do so at your own risk. Tulyp Dating LLC does not screen every user, does not supervise meetings, and does not guarantee the safety, identity, or intentions of anyone you meet.
You are responsible for meeting safety: meet in public, tell a friend, arrange your own transportation, and leave if you are uncomfortable. Do not share financial information. If you feel you are in danger, contact local emergency services. You may report a user to us at support@tulypdating.com or in-app; that report is not a substitute for calling the police.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TULYP DATING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that other users will be who they claim to be, or that communications will remain confidential against a determined attacker.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TULYP DATING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY IN-PERSON MEETING WITH ANOTHER USER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service is the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
