Remove artificial intimate visual material

Effective date: August 14, 2026 · Texas SB 441 / Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code ch. 98B

This page is the clear, plain-language notice and easily accessible removal process of Tulyp Dating LLC for artificial intimate visual material hosted on Tulyp Dating or tulypdating.com. It is maintained to comply with Texas Senate Bill 441 (89th Legislature) and Chapter 98B of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.

If you are the person depicted in artificial intimate visual material on our service, you may request removal using the form below or by emailing admin@tulypdating.com with the subject line “Texas SB 441 Removal Request.”

Our responsibilities: after we receive a request from the depicted person, we will remove the material within 72 hours and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on our service. We will acknowledge a complete request promptly.

What this covers

“Artificial intimate visual material” means a visual depiction of a real person that was created or altered by computer-generated or other technological means (including artificial intelligence) so that it appears to show that person’s intimate parts or that person engaged in sexual conduct, when that depiction is not an authentic recording of the person doing so.

Tulyp Dating already bans explicit sexual content and non-consensual intimate images. This page exists so a depicted person has a dedicated, easy path to demand removal of artificial intimate visual material, with a published time limit.

Who may submit a request

The depicted person — the real person who appears in the material — may submit a request. An attorney or authorized agent may submit on that person’s behalf if the request says so and identifies the depicted person. We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm that the requester is the depicted person or is authorized to act.

If you are not the depicted person but you have found the material on Tulyp Dating, use in-app reporting or email support@tulypdating.com. We will still review it under our community standards. The 72-hour statutory clock described on this page is tied to a request by the depicted person.

How to submit a request

Use the form on this page. Submitting it opens your email application with a message addressed to admin@tulypdating.com. If your device cannot open mail, send the same information yourself to admin@tulypdating.com.

A complete request includes:

What we will do (72-hour SLA)

  1. We receive the request at admin@tulypdating.com. The 72-hour period starts when a complete request from the depicted person (or authorized agent) arrives in that mailbox.
  2. We acknowledge receipt promptly, from the same mailbox, so you know the request is in process.
  3. Within 72 hours of receiving the request, we remove the material from Tulyp Dating if it is on our service.
  4. We make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies of that material on our service (for example, the same image re-uploaded to another profile we can find with the information we have).
  5. We write back to the email on the request to say what we did, or to explain if we could not locate the material or could not confirm that the requester is the depicted person.

We may also ban the uploading account under our Terms of Use. Removal under this process does not require you to sue us or to obtain a court order.

What we cannot do

Removal request form
