This Privacy Policy explains how Tulyp Dating LLC (“Tulyp Dating,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use the Tulyp Dating matchmaking application and the website at https://tulypdating.com.

1. Who we are

Tulyp Dating LLC is a Texas limited liability company formed on December 21, 2025 (Texas Secretary of State file number 0806356728; Texas taxpayer number 32103549666). Our registered office and mailing address is 11813 Portofino Dr, Austin, TX 78732. Our registered agent is Gabriel Dean Hanson.

Tulyp Dating is an 18+ matchmaking application. Matching is designed around people who are active now and both present. It is not a hookup application and not adult entertainment. We do not offer explicit sexual content.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following categories of personal information. We list them this way so the policy can grow with the product and with state privacy laws that use category-based disclosures. Listing a category does not mean we collect every example in every case.

Category	Examples
Identifiers	Name or display name, email address, account ID, device identifiers, and similar IDs we assign to your account.
Profile information	Bio, prompts, preferences, and other information you choose to show other users.
Photographs and media	Profile photos and other images you upload.
Date of birth and age	Date of birth you provide at signup (locked after you set it) and age derived from that date. We may also receive age-range signals from Apple or Google, as described below.
Approximate location	Approximate location used to show people nearby. We do not need precise continuous tracking to operate matching.
Messages and in-app communications	Messages you send to other users through the service, and reports you submit about other users or content.
Device and technical data	Device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and device identifiers.
Usage and analytics	How you use features (for example, opening the app, starting a match session, or using report/block).
Payment or identity data, when used	If we run a step-up identity check through Stripe Identity, we receive a verification result and related status. We do not use government-ID verification as a condition of every signup.
Support correspondence	Emails and other messages you send to support or legal contacts.

3. Sources

We collect personal information from:

You, when you create an account, complete a profile, upload photos, send messages, submit a report, or contact us.
Your device, including device identifiers, technical logs, and approximate location if you allow location access.
Apple and Google, when those platforms provide a declared age range or a restrict-minor-access signal for your account or device.
Stripe Identity, only if we ask you to complete a step-up check (for example after a report, for a verified badge, or for a flagged account). Stripe processes that check; we receive the outcome we need to decide what to do with the account.
Other users, when they report you or content associated with you.

4. Purposes

We use personal information to:

Create and maintain your account and profile.
Operate active-now / both-present matching and show you other eligible adults.
Display your profile and photos to other users as you configure them.
Deliver and store messages you choose to send through the service.
Enforce the 18+ eligibility rule, including locked date of birth and platform age signals.
Review reports, investigate abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use and Child Safety Standards and Community Guidelines.
Run a step-up identity check through Stripe Identity when an account is reported, requests a verified badge, or is flagged — not as a default signup step.
Provide customer support and respond to legal or privacy requests.
Measure product performance, find crashes, and improve reliability and safety.
Comply with law, including child-safety reporting duties and Texas requirements on artificial intimate visual material.
Protect the service, other users, and Tulyp Dating LLC against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We share personal information with the following types of third parties, and only as needed for the purposes above:

Other users, who can see the profile information and photos you choose to make visible, and messages you send them.
Hosting providers, who store the application, files, and databases.
Analytics providers, who help us understand app performance and usage.
Email providers, who deliver transactional and support email.
Stripe Identity, when we initiate a step-up identity check. Stripe’s processing of identity documents is governed by Stripe’s terms and privacy notice. We receive verification status, not a standing archive of your government ID for ordinary signups.
Authorities and safety organizations, when we are required or permitted to report confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other illegal activity, including reports to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
Professional advisers and legal process, if we must respond to a lawful request, enforce our terms, or defend a claim.

We do not list additional named vendors here. If we add a category of recipient that changes this picture in a material way, we will update this policy.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including operating the account, safety and abuse review, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

Active accounts. Profile, photos, date of birth, and messages are kept while the account is open.
Deleted accounts. When you delete your account, we begin deleting or de-identifying personal information that is no longer needed. Backup systems may retain residual copies for a limited period until those backups cycle.
Safety and legal holds. We may retain limited records (for example, a banned account identifier, a report, or a record of a CSAM or deepfake report) for as long as reasonably necessary to prevent repeat abuse, comply with law, or defend a claim.
Stripe Identity results. We retain the verification outcome associated with a step-up check for as long as needed to administer the badge, the investigation, or the restriction that prompted the check.

7. Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal information.

How to delete your account. Use the in-app account-deletion control if it is available in your version of the app. You may also email support@tulypdating.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will process a clear deletion request from the account holder.

Deletion does not erase messages already delivered to another user, or records we must keep for safety or law. If we cannot verify that the requester controls the account, we may ask for enough information to confirm that before we delete.

These options are available to our users as a matter of how we run the service. We describe them in category and deletion terms so this policy can support later California-style disclosures if the business grows into that regime. This policy does not claim that Tulyp Dating LLC is, today, a “business” covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

8. Sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not offer a “do not sell” toggle because we do not sell the information. If that practice changes, we will update this policy before it does.

9. Children

Tulyp Dating is an 18+ service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use matching.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it and close the account.

If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close the account and delete the profile, photos, and messages we do not need to keep for safety or legal reasons. If you believe a minor is using the service, email support@tulypdating.com or use in-app reporting. Child-safety reports involving CSAE or CSAM should also be sent to admin@tulypdating.com. 10. Age signals and step-up identity checks

At signup, you provide a date of birth. That date of birth is locked and is not a field you can casually edit to become eligible.

We use Apple Declared Age Range and Google Restrict Minor Access, as those platform tools are available, to help keep minors off the service.

We may ask an account to complete Stripe Identity as a step-up check — for example after a report, to issue a verified badge, or when an account is flagged. We do not require a government-ID check at every signup.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a small matchmaking service that stores profiles, photos, and messages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. For material changes, we will provide additional notice that is reasonable in the circumstances (for example, an in-app notice or an email to the address on the account).
